Announcements Delay in Reviews of the Manuscripts Submitted for IEEE TBME Letters Special Issues on Multi-Parameter Optical Imaging and Image Analysis. We apologize for the delay in completing the initial review process of the manuscripts submitted for the IEEE TBME Letters Special Issue on Multi-Parameter Optical Imaging and Image Analysis. We have been overwhelmed by the large number of submissions and diligently working on completing the reviews. We expect all authors will be notified by the first round of reviews by June 1. We are sorry for any inconvenience. ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST BE IN IEEE FORMAT As approved by the EMBS Publications Committee, all submissions of new manuscripts must be in IEEE format. This format is for double column, single spaced text with embedded figures and tables - the format required of final printed copy. The major reasons behind the change are: 1. authors submitting manuscripts that are too long. 2. authors not realizing that their manuscripts will encounter significant page charges. 3. reviewers preferring not to print long documents for review.
