Dang K. Nguyen

Dang K. Nguyen received his MD and PhD degrees from Université de Montréal (Montréal, Québec, Canada). He is currently practicing at the Centre hospitalier de l’Université de Montréal (CHUM), where he serves as Director of the Epilepsy Monitoring Unit. He is also a researcher in the CHUM Research Centre and Associate Professor in the Department of Neurosciences (Université de Montréal). His research interests focus on the study of medicallyintractable epilepsy. He and his collaborators are developing and evaluating novel methods to better localize epileptogenic zones and allow surgical resection in refractory cases. His team is also involved in several international trials testing novel antiepileptic treatment options.
